The OCD Pellets are certainly helping with the prevention of the development of arthritis and inflammation. However, I have my horse with a similar situation and although the OCD Pellets keep her comfortable, shoeing correctly with “rocker” shoes made her completely sound. It is the continual irritation of the flexor tendon and impar ligaments that cause the lameness as this results in more and more inflammation on a daily basis. Speak with your farrier and perhaps you can find the solution.
